There are a number of standardized, validated screening tools that are easy to administer and score that can be used in the primary care setting. These tools are either available commercially or are in the public domain and free of charge.

Attention Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) Users!
The publishers of the ASQ screening tool have revised the cutoff points appear in the fifth printing of the English ASQ questionnaires. These cutoff points apply to the ASQ CD-ROM, the Edades y Etapas CD-ROM, and the Spanish and French ASQ questionnaires.
